Wolfgang's Steakhouse was founded in New York City in 2004 by Wolfgang Zwiener who knows his craft well, after years of experience at a major steak restaurant. Ever since his first restaurant opened in New York City, he has received raving reviews from celebrities and epicureans.
What makes "Wolfgang's Steakhouse" so different than others is the "aging room" within the restaurant. US prime beef of the top 3% grade are flown to the restaurant weekly, and they are "dry aged" in a perfect temperature and humidity for approx. 28 days under strict control. The savory flavor and tenderness of our beef are enhanced through this process before it is grilled in the oven at 900℃ for a brief period of time. Our steak will be dynamically served in the sizzling plate directly from the kitchen oven straight to the table.
