【KUOHKA】Tsukijiaozora Sandaime Hakata

Nestled in the Tsukiji Outer Market, this Edo-style sushi restaurant evolves while staying true to tradition. 
Founded by Fukujiro Tonooka in the early Taisho era, it boasts a 100-year legacy tied to the renowned Maruhachi Wholesale (later Tonfuku Fisheries).
The current establishment was launched by the third-generation successor,Motonobu Ishikawa, and Yasue Maeda, a third-generation sushi master of post-war-established Aozora Sushi. 
Transforming from a century-old fish wholesaler, this shop has transcended eras and genres to become a sushi restaurant.
