Supervised by Daisuke Takubo, owner and chef of the Italian restaurant in Tokyo’s Shiroganedai, which has earned a Michelin star for seven consecutive years.
The chef carefully selects premium meat, fish, and vegetables sourced from dedicated producers across Kyushu and Japan, skillfully grilled with the Josper charcoal oven.
These ingredients are then crafted into a selection of “NIPPON Gozen” dishes, inspired by the essence of Japanese cuisine.
