Drawing inspiration from Kurume’s “Darm” and Hakata’s motsunabe hot pot and vinegar-marinated offal, this new venture introduces fresh offal skewers to the heart of Fukuoka, expanding the region’s rich offal tradition.
Located in the bustling Canal City Hakata, a hub for locals and tourists alike, Motsuyaki Furuya aims to become the go-to gateway for experiencing “Fukuoka-style motsuyaki.”
