【KUOHKA】BACARO CARBON Oyster Bar

Developed by “Carbon,” a flagship store in the Yakuin-Josui area specialized in raw oysters and charcoal-grilled seafood, this new concept offers a Venetian-style “Bacaro” oyster bar experience. 

Their signature fresh oysters, sourced directly from top producers across the country, come with a selection of ten varieties available at all times. 
Combining the Bacaro tradition of small plates, or “Cicchetti,” with Carbon’s distinctive style, the bar also offers the main restaurant’s signature charcoal-grilled dishes in smaller portions. 

Pair your meal with Veneto wines such as “Soave” or an Aperitivo favorite like Spritz while savoring exquisite oysters and Cicchetti.
